PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Keeper® 13 ft. Ratchet Tie-Down ensures durability and reliability when it comes to securing cargo. It features a steel ratchet, a padded grip handle, and vinyl-coated S-hooks. To engage, attach the hooks to an anchor point, secure strap over the cargo load and pull webbing to desired tension. Ratchet by raising and lowering the handle to lock cargo into place.
